Digital abuse includes excessive monitoring of your online activity, unsolicited explicit messages, threats made through digital platforms, and attempts to control your social media presence or communications.
  • 02

    Understand Connected Risks

Online and offline abuse often occur together. Protecting yourself digitally directly contributes to your physical safety, as cyber abuse frequently escalates to in-person violence.
